Originally dating from 1905, we have resurrected the “SKENE DHU” brand that bears our name. 16 year old single malt from Linkwood Distillery. Racked in European Oak Ex-Oloroso Sherry casks.
Tasting Notes
Nose: A juicy nose-feel with some prickle. Fresh fruit salad with peach, apricot, pear and banana. Well-rounded, fresh and clean
Taste & Finsh: A creamy texture and a sweet fruit taste, with light acidity, and light spice in the warming, medium-length finish
Comment: An unusually complex example of this top class malt – bags of depth and character
